RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all products sold under the PAMANA brand and is administered by PAMANOVA FASHION HOUSE, the registered business entity responsible for operations, fulfillment, and customer support.


Made-to-Order Policy

Each PAMANA piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about fit, please contact us prior to ordering at inquiries@pamana.one.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Once verified, approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in cases of:

• Verified production defects
• Confirmed fulfillment errors

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Lost Packages

Claims for packages marked as delivered but not received, or packages lost in transit, must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

PAMANOVA FASHION HOUSE reserves the right to decline claims submitted outside this timeframe.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after being placed.
Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, changes are no longer possible.
