Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to all products sold under the PAMANA brand and is administered by PAMANOVA FASHION HOUSE, the registered business entity responsible for fulfillment and logistics.
1. Production & Order Processing
All PAMANA pieces are made to order.
Production typically requires 2–5 business days before shipment. During peak periods or high demand, production times may be extended.
Orders enter production shortly after purchase.
Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun, changes are no longer possible.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International destinations: 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
3. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
PAMANOVA FASHION HOUSE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping fees and associated costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:
• Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer
• Production costs may not be refundable, as items are made to order
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact:
We will coordinate with the carrier and production partner to investigate.
Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless evidence of misdelivery is provided.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
PAMANOVA FASHION HOUSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
